The modules of the JES

The JES has a modular structure. The modules, the content of which can be seen in the following table, build on each other and are interrelated. The modules Climate Protection & Consumers, Around the Company and the Practical Project are closely intertwined. Reflection on one's own behavior in the household (Module 1) is transferred to the company level (Module 2) and applied in the practical project (Module 3). Within the framework of the practical project, in which the students come into real contact with the business world, the basic knowledge acquired is transferred. The exact structure of the practical project is agreed individually with the participants. The decisive factor is that the participants are able to apply their new economic knowledge in a realistic way. A project carried out by JES participants is presented later as an example.
